"Want You Bad" :: Sunny Day Jazz Production's Feature Film Flop

Back in 2004, Sunny Day Jazz Productions tackled an ambitious project. Shooting a full length film with a huge cast, multiple locations, a very small budget and most of all no real experience. From holes in the script, to technical issues, to running out of funds, the project seemed to be dead and over. That was until a couple of years ago when Darryl, the director came across some of the old tapes. He decided to cut together this trailer, and to this day, its is all that has ever come out of this project. It breaks my heart to watch it, because I know how great the film would have been if we had done it right.

It was not a total loss. This was the first project that Darryl and I created together. From there we started working on new scripts, new ideas and creating new goals for the company. We have learned a lot since we shot Want You Bad, and I am excited to learn more in the future.
